I am a graduate of Winona State University, in Winona, MN. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work with a Minor in Sociology. Since graduating, I have worked as a Social Worker and now, more specifically, a Title 1 Paraprofessional at Mabel-Canton school district. I am also a substitute teacher at Mabel-Canton school. I feel education is a very important component in the life of children. My biggest passion in education is to ensure every child has a chance to succeed and to help them with any struggles along the way. I love to utilize all modes of teaching: kinesthetic, visual, and auditory to ensure greater comprehension. In my spare time, I love to: spend time with my family and friends, enjoy running with my dog, and listening to music.
