My name is Chris Thomas and and I'm here to help you meet your academic goals. I'm convinced that any student with a willingness to learn, a growth mindset, and a modicum of self-discipline, can master just about any subject they choose. After over 25 years in the classroom teaching everything from middle school to college, from intro level to advanced placement, I know the importance of meeting students where they are and building on what they already know. I have ten years of experience teaching AP Micro and Macroeconomics, 15 years of experience with AP US History, and have been teaching World History for the last ten years. I have also taught advanced courses on the American Revolution and Constitution, the Civil War and Reconstruction, the Great Depression and World War II, US Foreign Policy since 1898, the Vietnam War, and World War I. I am currently on a one year sabbatical writing my second book, but I'm still teaching and I love working one on one with students.
