After my Masters from the Sorbonne university in Paris, I worked for Ten years in the financial services mainly in the private banking and wealth management in major international banking and financial institution I experiencing the questionable ethical cultures of many international financial institutions first-hand, and predicted the compliance crisis that contributed to 2008's financial collapse.

In seeking to understand the implications of ethical lapses in the financial sector and in the economy in general, I invested in 5 years intensive PhD education at Claremont Graduate University in Los Angeles where I acquired a PhD in Economics and in Political Science. My doctoral dissertation, entitled "Compliance in the African Financial Institutions," was the first comprehensive study of regulatory compliance and its application in Africa.

Since 2011, I expanded and shared my vision of combining knowledge, skills and values to create ethical and sustainable growth globally in areas including: the USA, Europe, Africa, Australia, the MENA region, and South East Asia.
I founded two training academies, one in South Africa which i was the CEO for two years, and the other in Nigeria.
I designed, developed, and trained several programs all over the globe which empowered me with a multi cultural understanding of the students and the best way to elevate them through education.
