I am from Mexico. Spanish is my native language. Until recently, I began living part time in the US and part time in Mexico. I have a Bachelor's degree in Education and a Master's degree in Behavior Modification, both from the University of Mexico (UNAM). Most of my life, I worked in Mexico as a freelance consultant offering workshops to adult audiences on topics related to communications and ethics. For a number of years, I delivered Spanish writing skills workshops for Spanish native speakers, members of the workforce in diverse public institutions in Mexico. A couple of years ago I also taught English to adult Latinamericans.

My favorite pastime is to write. I have several books published in Spanish. Most of them are about educational topics but I have also written a handbook on writing skills in Spanish. I have participated in several television and radio educational programs to talk about emotional health and ethics within the family, in schools, in the workplace and in society in general. I love to teach. I always try to find different ways for explaining things and topics that students need to learn. The ability to communicate efficiently is fundamental. Whether it is on its receptive modes (listening and reading) or productive modalities (oral expression or writing), when it comes to helping a student accomplish their goals, I am eager to contribute.
