I have a BA in Organizational/Corporate Communications from Northern Illinois University, which I chose based on my lifelong love of reading and writing. I also have minors in both Spanish and Economics.

I have always been an avid learner and love supporting others as they learn and expand their skills. My main experiences working with students come from my times spent as a summer school teacher, after-school tutor, and sibling homework helper.

I understand that all individuals have different learning styles and that it is important to find the best ways to learn that work for you. I am very enthusiastic about helping students feel accomplished once they have mastered new knowledge and skills.
