Professionally, for the last 20+ years, I have led Human Resources teams for international corporations including training, learning, and career development. Having worked with all kinds of people, I can readily adapt my teaching style to meet the needs of the Learner. I am very familiar with Adult Learning Theory. I am a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR and SHRM-SCP).
Additionally, I have a background in Transformational Coaching where I have studied neurochemistry, subconscious reprogramming, and coaching methodology. This helps me to deepen my Learner's ability to cognitively integrate new learnings and create successful learning action plans.
I infuse fun, humor, and personal stories into my teaching to increase engagement and retention. My style is easy going but deeply impactful.
