Hello, my name is Eric Jarlsberg. I am currently finishing my Bachelor's Degree in Supervision and Management. After of which, I am planning to teach at the Middle School or High School level. I currently have a 3.96 GPA
My teaching philosophy takes an approach from a management theory that allows individuals to critically think on their own to solve problems. It centralizes around the concept of guiding conversations so that the individual is responsible for the outcome. For example, instead of telling the answer, one must ask questions or state comments that guides the conversation into the optimum solution.
In my free time I am a huge family man and outdoors man. I enjoy being around my wife and our families and enjoy golfing, fishing, hiking, and camping. I am extremely active and have a history in several sports.
