Howdy! I can't wait to help you learn! I have been tutored a lot throughout my schooling and I am excited to return the favor. I recently graduated with a bachelors in Cell and Molecular Biology with a minor in Biochemistry. I love to tutor biology, it is so fascinating to learn about. I am constantly learning more and am amazed by the questions students ask me that urge me to keep learning. I also enjoy tutoring en Espanol which I learned from my parents growing up and continued to learn throughout high school.
My tutoring philosophy is: the struggle is good! So often we students get frustrated learning difficult concepts. When we embrace the struggle and work hard, true learning happens and it feels so good! I want to help students push through that struggle and achieve what they thought was impossible.
When I am not tutoring I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, hiking, and camping.
