What is your teaching philosophy?

What is most significant is that students become independent learners through gaining confidence in their own abilities. I will help students to do this by guiding them through the learning process rather than putting too much focus on the final product. This will not only help the student to be able to practice the taught skill independently but will also prove to the student what his or her abilities truly are.
