Certified Tutor

I love to serve as a tutor to students of all ages. There is nothing more satisfying to me than to engage a student’s intellectual curiosity and help guide them to successfully mastering a content concept. Effective teacher-to-student and student-to-content engagement is critical to the learning process. I have a BA in Business Administration, a M.Ed. in Special Education, and an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership. Additionally, I have an endorsement in ESOL. I serve as a University Site Supervisor, mentoring Student Teachers in their Student Teaching Practicums. I have taught k-12, as well as Student Teachers. I can successfully assist students in basic concepts of math, k-8; the writing process, k-12 and university students. I also have the expertise to carefully craft content knowledge for students with special needs or in need of language supports.
