After graduating, I moved to Texas and started working in the school system. I received my alternative certification in Elementary Education as well as Special Education. I have worked with all ages of students, with a large portion of my experience being with those who are elementary aged. I have experience working with students of all abilities, with an extensive background with those in the Special Education field. My favorite subjects to tutor are any in the elementary age range, I find the students really do great with the positive reinforcements I provide them. Outside of academics, I have been a 911 dispatcher for the past 4 years. I still frequently play my bassoon, and enjoy reading and watching television.
