All through out my academic career from middle school through college, I have been a part of peer tutoring programs at my schools. After classes, I would spend most of my days helping children with their homework and preparing for exams. I volunteered at the Queens Public library where I helped elementary and middle school children with their homework and projects. I was also in the peer tutoring program at my high school where I helped underclassmen with understanding their course material. Now in college, I have also started editing college admissions essays and assisting students in preparing for the SAT and PSAT, as well. Although I tutor in a variety of subjects, I am most passionate about English, Math, and Science. In my opinion, helping students to prepare and put together a well-written essay that they are fully content with is my favorite because I think writing is a great way to express ourselves, while it might seem stressful at times. I am a strong proponent of education and I believe that each student deserves to feel confident in what they are studying. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, playing volleyball, and doing yoga!

I really love the outdoors and most of what I enjoy doing revolves around being outside! I love playing volleyball with my brothers, going for hikes with my family, and going on morning runs. I think that being active is a great way to promote personal growth because it allows us to spend time on ourselves and our wellbeing. Aside from the physical aspect, I also love spending time with my friends and family, shopping, and traveling!
