At Mercy College, I received my MS in Urban Education with a concentration in special education. As for my undergraduate studies, I received a BA in Political Science and Spanish Studies with a minor in Latin American Studies. My work experience includes over three years of teaching experience. During that time, I created lesson plans, assessed data, and planned out goals for my students. My expertise is in Spanish and Math, but I have taught ELA, social studies, and science. Moreover, one of my specialties is preparing students for the NYS exams including the REGENTS exams. The teaching philosophy I find most effective is to customize lessons based on the student's interests and learning style. In my spare time, I play tennis and volleyball.

I like to play tennis and volleyball. In addition, I like to read, try new foods, and enjoy life here in New York.
