Senior quote is the words that will last forever and represent you once people forget how you really are. I feel that a senior quote should describe who you are and what you stand for. My senior quote would be, “To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment” (Ralph Waldo Emerson).
I chose this quote because I feel that everyone needs to hear it. Everyone tries to be like the people they see on the television and in magazines, but they forget that being yourself is the best thing that you can be. Being yourself is something that a person should be proud of.
This quote says that I think being yourself is important. I know that I have personally struggled with trying to be people that I am not and I have realized that being yourself is the best thing you can be. A person should not have to worry about being too weird, a freak, or a nerd. All they need to do is be themselves and that is the best thing to be. I also think that this quote says that I am an accepting person that does not care who you are every person is beautiful in their own way.
Picking a senior quote that represents you is very important. That is why my senior quote represents who I am and who I strive to be. I want others to realize that being your own person is the best thing you can do.
