Describe one elective you have taken and how it has impacted your education.

Being pushed past my limit is the very ultimate goal I have.
Dance became an elective for me over the last 3 years. Which impacted my life from there on out. Dancing is my one and only passion. I can truly say I eat, sleep, and breath dance. No matter what I put Blood, Sweat, and Tears into it. All my doubts that I have, turns into fairytales that will past over like rain on a sunny day.
Yea their are times when I forget to breath while dancing. But that's only because I'm so focused I lose track of all time. Being introduced to dance has created such a wide range of educational opportunities for me. More on the deeper side of dance, it teaches more on the side of Time management, Responsibility, Teamwork, Self Discipline, as well as Proving to be a role model. It captivates me because when all fails I can turn to dance where I have the opportunity to express how I'm feeling. I feel inspired, to escape get away. The art of dance to me is my body speaking in a meaningless way to free roam full of different motions and movements.
I am honored at the fact that, my coaches have given me such a huge opportunity to never have things handed to me. They have always installed in me that in life nothing is never really given to you, you have to earn it. Which to this day makes me work harder than I have ever before. Not only have my coaches taught me about dance they have also taught me life lessons which I will use in the near future.
My Favorite quote that they always say ''At the end of the day, if all that you have learned to do is dance then you have learned nothing at all".
