The question always arises, ‘If you could have dinner with any historical figure, who would it be and why?’ I have come to think about this question quite deeply, more than most people might. Jesus Christ would be the historical figure I would choose. There are so many things that could spark a conversation at a dinner.
Weather the bible is real, or isn’t, is based on a persons’ belief. When Jesus was born, he was just another baby. As he grew older he started to preform things are unexplainable by an average human. I just would talk to Jesus about how life was growing up and how it varied from being a normal child. All the ridicule and hate towards him; Jesus’ whole life couldn’t have been easy. Everywhere he went, people were against him. He is a great role model and a reminder to always keep going even when the whole world seems to be against you.
I could sit at the dinner table for hours as he told me parables and stories about his life. He could have a story for every trouble I am feeling in life. Out of all the historical figures I could have chosen, I choose to have dinner with Jesus Christ.
