To Whom It May Concern,
I’d like to start off by giving you a little bit of history about myself and why I am applying for the Scholarship.
My name is Tiffanie Phares, I am a 54-year-old applicant for a scholarship , I am pursuing a Bachelor's degree of Science in Business with a Certificate in Human Resource at the University of Phoenix. With 30 years of experience in the Business and Human Resource field, I have found it challenging to secure a job in Arizona without a bachelor's degree. I would like to emphasize the importance of setting short-term and long-term goals, effective communication, and time management in achieving my educational and career objectives.
Setting both short-term and long-term goals is crucial as they provide a clear roadmap and milestones that help measure progress and keep me motivated. This structured approach allows me to focus on specific objectives, make informed decisions, and stay committed to my educational journey. Goals serve as a guiding light, pushing me to strive for excellence and continuously improve my skills and knowledge.
Effective communication is another cornerstone of success in both academic and professional settings. It enables me to articulate my ideas clearly, collaborate with peers and professors, and seek guidance when needed. Strong communication skills also enhance my ability to network, build relationships, and present myself confidently in job interviews.
