What is a podcast? A podcast is a digital audio file made available on the Internet for downloading to a computer or mobile device, typically available as a series, new installments of which can be received by subscribers automatically. Each podcast typically has a website where show episodes can be listened to or downloaded for future listening. With downloaded media, you can either listen to it on your computer or take it with you by transferring it to a portable digital media player or using a podcast app on your phone. So, in this way, it’s kind of like a small paperback book.
If I had an education podcast, the topic of discussion would be financing. It would touch bases on the importance of financing and the important role that it plays. Whether it is about money management, business management, credit recovery, and expense reduction, or capitalism, finances has a huge significance in the world as we know it. When we are in school we do not learn the basic skills of how to manage and budget money. Educating ourselves on this topic would help many in financial crisis. With this knowledge, it can be passed down as a domino effect to prevent an economic recession. We as consumers need to know how the world works and how to capitalize for our benefit.
The richest country in the world per capita is Qatar, a Middle Eastern country. Hong Kong has the most economic freedom. This podcast would break down the reason behind this and simple was to improve our own individual finances in our everyday lives. When you break down the cost of things and what it takes to survive in this world, finances play a huge part. I want my listeners to have the basic knowledge of how to become and stay financially free. Do not be in debt physically and mentally!
