This quote ties into my career of high school because I had to face challenges, I asked for assistance when needed, never gave up and I always got had goals set which got me into college. I agree strongly really this quote because it’s so points that it hits on. This message sends a positive outlook on if your striving for something. To me it means if you just sit there and wait for opportunities 9 times out of 10 it won’t happen. In order to do what your passionate about it's a process, it’s not an sit on your behind and wait for it to come to you. You have to do your research and get up and go get by all means for your good. “If you don’t ask, the answer is always no” which goes back to that saying “closed mouths don’t get feed” and I live by that saying because people can’t read minds, you have a voice so use it. In order to get what you want you need to speak up about it, if your struggling speak up, seek that help, you have to get up yourself and go get that answer. If you don’t want that answer no, strive for better improvement on what needs work to turn it answer into YES. Don’t just stay in one place, get out and explore, put yourself out there, promote yourself because everything isn’t going to be handed to you. Ever while your moving up, stepping up your going to face some obstacles, but look at it as a lesson learned and keep moving. It’s like coming up to a stop sign, but you're eventually going to move again. If one plan don’t go, come up with another, but don’t stay in that one spot. As I continue my journey through college to get to my career, I must not stop and I must have plan Bs and Cs incase plan A doesn't go as well.
