The year 2016 is all about making New Year’s resolution’s . My resolution for this year is staying after school to better my grades. Sometimes life is so going at a fast place and you forget what is really important. Do you have a New Year’s resolution to be a better student?
I know that making a New Year’s resolution is always keeping them. I will keep my resolution of staying after school to better my grades. This matters when trying to apply for scholarships. It is all about pushing yourself to make good grades. By staying after school that helps you if you need help and with class work. Hard work does pay off it is just that little push you need to achieve that goal you have in life. Study hard ask question that you need help with after school for all the classes you have. Sometimes teacher’s stay late to help students with work. It is not easy when you ride the bus from another area of the school that is why I appreciate that some stay after three for the students that go to Great Plains Area Vocational School. Just go over to give that one on one help that some need. That is what I do and need help when class time is so busy. I want my grade point average to come up and it will. I will stand by my resolution.
I know that when I stay after school I get the help I need on my assignments. The best opportunity is to take pride in your work to do better. This is why some teachers stay to help students. Take the incentive to stay after school ask teachers I need help with my work.
