President Theodore Roosevelt is not just one of the most important presidents of all time, he is also one of the most interesting people to have ever lived. President Roosevelt embodied what it means to be an adventurer and a gentleman. On top of all that, he served in the military and earned his status as a war hero. President Theodore Roosevelt earned his reputation of being a man of courage, and he is the historical figure I would choose to have dinner with if given the opportunity.
As with any president, President Roosevelt’s service in office would be more than enough on its own for me to have dinner with him. No matter what political affiliations or differences I have with a president, I would be extremely honored to have dinner with one. President Roosevelt is certainly not an exception. It takes a supremely skilled individual to run a country as large as the United States, and to be in the presence of someone capable of that would be amazing in its own right. Presidents are not regular people and deserve the respect as such.
Not only was President Roosevelt the leader of the United States, he was also a traveller and war hero. He wrote many books during his time about his travels and experiences. President Roosevelt surely must have other stories not written as well. Hearing these stories from the voice of the person who lived through it would be uniquely rewarding. He not only survived to tell the tale, but also always continued on more adventures. Hearing of his exploits would be impossibly special.
President Theodore Roosevelt was more than just a person. He was a legendary traveller, president, and war hero. Each of these positions he held come with their own unique tales, and many of them. Having dinner with President Roosevelt may be a one-sided conversation, but for the right reasons. I would be honored to go anywhere with him. President Roosevelt was truly an amazing person, and the embodiment of a gentleman.
