I think the best way to describe a leader is to describe them as human. Most of us have someone we think of as a great leader, all probably different, but to each of us, great. And I am not different. I have people in my life I see as great leaders, people that I try to be like. And I have all the usual words, "great", "respected", "respectful", but to be honest, they are all human.

At the end of the day we are all human, and greater leaders who that. They show that they are not perfect, that not everything is going to be perfect, and yet, they are still great through it. I think that a great leader demonstrates that not everything is perfect, and that's okay. Great leaders remind us that things happen and that we are not going to be happy and great all the time, but that it's important to focus on how to get through those times.

Great leaders don't pretend to be perfect. They know they're not. They remind us to be human, and they show us the way through that.

We all need to be reminded that we are not perfect, we are human, and thank goodness we have great leaders to show us that.
