When working on school projects, especially those that include working with other members, teamwork is a huge factor to success. With teamwork, other factors like planning and communication come into play.
With many group members, planning out what the project is and what needs to be done includes other people’s input and opinions, giving the group many options to choose from for the project. It also creates an agenda that can be agreed upon by everyone and more organization within the group. With everyone on the same page and knowing what needs to be done, makes getting the project done more smoother and efficient.
Communication is a huge factor that goes into teamwork. Without talking to each other, there is no confirmation that everyone is doing what they are supposed to be doing. Communication can included questions that other group members could answer, reviewing each other’s work or even checking the progress of each other and helping them if they need it. Since teamwork is a cooperative effort it includes talking to your group members. With communication, completing the project makes it easier due to everyone helping each other out and talking out what they are doing.
When working in a group for a school project, it’s good if everyone is involved and working together. With everyone in the group having the similar goal of completing the project, it could lead to potential success with good communication and an organized plan.
