Growing up in a family where education was held as a quintessential component of progress, I, Prithvi Krishnan, was instilled with the fundamental values of persistence, diligence, and a drive to succeed. Today, as a high school senior with future aspirations in Computer Engineering and Science, I find myself pursuing these academic interests not only to uphold my family's legacy but also to explore the potential for transformative research that can impact the world at large.

“What starts here changes the world,” says my dream school, the University of Texas at Austin, a statement that appropriately encapsulates my motivating forces. As an Asian male in the STEM field, I am committed to tearing down stereotypes, pushing boundaries and contributing meaningfully to the world of technology with my distinctive worldview and lived experiences. At this intersection of personal history, ambition, and academic aspirations, I find resolute motivation to continuously pursue my goals, fueled by the dream of conducting impactful research in the realm of computer science and engineering.

Even as I have nurtured such ambitions, I've undoubtedly faced my share of challenges. The pursuit of academic excellence, particularly in rigorous fields like computer science and electrical engineering, is not without its trials. It's the grit to keep solving problems, innovation drive, and focused mindset that has helped me maintain my GPA of 4.0
