My Sigma Future by Parker - March 2025 Scholarship Essay

In 10 years from now, I hope to be able to see myself as successful in many different ways. Success is a very subjective word and means something different to everyone. But, to me, it means to be content with your life. In 10 years, I hope to be this way and maybe even more, such as being well off money-wise and being even more than content with the life that I am living. In order to get to this point, my education will have helped me immensely. This is because, in getting an education, I am unlocking the ability to go places and do better things and even make more money than I would without an education. Despite the process of going through it being rather dull and boring, in 10 years, I will be thinking about how glad I am that my education allowed me to do better things and to be more successful. This, and the fact that while you are obtaining an education, you are able to connect with so many different people and make many different connections, are also reasons that it will help you in 10 years because those people will still most likely be there supporting you and therefore making you more successful.
