Radiological sciences offer the perfect opportunity to do that by using advanced imaging techniques to help doctors diagnose and treat patients.
I have always enjoyed learning about how the human body works, and I find it exciting to think about how medical imaging can help doctors see inside the body to find out what's wrong. I also love the idea of working with cutting-edge technology like x-rays,CT scans, and MRIs, and I am eager to learn more about how these tools are used in real-life healthcare settings.
My main goal is to become a Radiologic Technologist and work in a hospital or clinic, helping doctors diagnose illnesses and injuries through imaging. I am particularly interested in learning more about Sonography and would love to specialize in that area in the future. I also hope to keep learning about new technologies as they emerge in the field, so I can provide the best care to patients and stay up to date with the latest advancements in radiology.

I believe that Radiological Sciences will allow me to combine my love for science with my desire to help others, and I am excited to continue learning and growing in this field as I work towards my career goals.
In my senior year, I decided to mentally prepare myself for college by aligning my education with my personal and professional goals. Since I had completed all of my elective courses, including a series of health courses that enriched my understanding of well-being, I felt it was essential to prioritize my mental health. As a cheerleader, I spent 11 months out of the year fulfilling commitments, which left little to no time for other activities.
My current school schedule allows me to dedicate more time to gaining experience in the workforce. I have been able to focus on maintaining a balanced mindset, allowing me more time to practice self-care and manage stress effectively.
This decision also allowed me to spend quality time with my family which has been a vital part of my support system. Balancing work, family, and self-care is crucial as I prepare for my next steps, for me to thrive during this important transition in my life.
