We all heard of the phrase “when life gives you lemons” right? To me, it seems like that phrase is or was used in everyday society and we don't recognize who is the “lemons” in our life or who impacted our lives the most by helping us. The biggest impact on my life was my mom. I wouldn't say this because she was just a teacher or because she help me get ahead in my education because she was an educator. She impacted my life the most because she taught me all I know in and out of education. She taught me how to drive, how to read, and how to right and all I needed was a little push. Those life lessons she always taught me when I got into trouble helped me become the person I am today.

My mom was the main person who told me that I will be the main person to reach my goal in life, not my friends or people who just showed they cared but me. Throughout all my years of education, I would have to say that Junior year was my hardest but the person that was always behind me was my mom. She pushed me through even when I say I wanted to give up. She was the main one I would call on when I needed help because I thought that I would fail and give up right then and there. Just taught me that it is okay to feel like you want to give up but also taught me that giving up was not one of those options. That chasing my dream as a graphic designer doesn’t need someone who gives up on the first day because it's too hard.

Even when I was little starting from kindergarten till now she was patient with me and help me improve on all I know now. Sometimes she would be tough if I didn't get things right away but in the end, she was my motivator and in other words, she was my lemons. When life gave me my mom they gave me lemons and I took those lemons, I didn’t make lemonade but I made something of myself.
