My biggest goals for the year, wow that's one tough question. The obvious answers would be to get good grades, make friends, do extracurriculars, get into college, etc... For me, however, my biggest goal is just to appreciate for all that I have now. My biggest goal would be to realize that everything I have now could always be taken away from me in an instant. My friends, my accomplishments, my hopes, and aspirations can all be turned into a memory. My goals are always to be who I want to be, to always achieve to my liking. Always be the person I would dream that someday I would be. This year ive had the opportunity to meet some of the smartest people, Alan Stern, astronomer, and planetary scientist, him and I met and got to talk about my life and what I wanted to do with it. This all goes back to the main question, one of my biggest goals would be to continue that conversation with him, learn from him, and put all of his knowledge into my life.

This year is going to be one of the most important and impactful years of my life, I'm starting college this year, I'm going to be a legal adult this year, I'm going to have some real life-changing moments this year. All these moments will shape my goals and aspirations. I tend to go to college this year, I tend to be alive to be a legal adult this year. I hope to start my club in school, the club would be about Astronomy and space, I want to tell others about what I love practicing when I get home from work. I hope to not lose my dreams of becoming an astronomer this year, these goals that I have are my main motivation, the drive I have to ensure I pursue and meet the goals for this year is what keeps me motivated.

At the end of it all, I live by a quote from famous scientist Carl Sagan, "every person you have ever known, ever read about, and ever learned about all lived their lives in a pale blue dot in the jet black background of the unimaginable size of the universe." Everything we do, minute by minute is super important we must truly live our lives to the fullest, and all my goals for this year intend on that. Finally back to the question, what's my biggest goal for this year? It would be just to live my life to the fullest, enjoy every moment I can, and too truly be happy. I don't want to just be another human in the vast 7.8 billion, I want to be a human who stood out outta those 7.8 billion.
