If I was a college professor, my class that I would be teaching would be history. Ever since I was a little boy, I have grown a fond interest in the studies of history. Whether it is American history or European history, I still have the same amount of drive to learn more in each part. Memorizing dates and names are some of the key things one student has to do in a history class, and for me it is like a walk in a park. I find it fun and I love challenging myself to learn more and more history so that I can teach my students and help them become well aware of why they are there today.
History, in my opinion, is one of the most important classes one should take. I believe this because history is all over the world. Also, not many people will think history is important but if it's not, then what's the meaning of wars, education, sports, celebrities, and also presidents. If you don't understand the history of ,atleast the United States, politics and anytbing that involves past views on groups and communities, will not treat you well. So as a college professor, I will teach all of my students why history is important and also history itself.
In conclusion, being a college professor is a very important job and I feel that if one doesn't have the passion for what they teach, they should not be teaching it. That is why history is what I'll be teaching. Knowing history of the United States is very important and will also change views of people in ways that will be cool to see while I'm teaching.
