Who Deserves a Nobel Prize? by Melody - December 2018 Scholarship Essay

A Nobel Prize can't be given to just anyone. It must be a specific type of person.The two most important characteristics I'd be looking for would be innovation and integrity. Both are important for different reasons. Innovation is important because any idea worthy of this award should be new. It should introduce an idea that will provide an answer unknown as of yet. It should do something that really helps or drastically changes everyday life. Whatever they accomplish should be important. Integrity is important because anyone who earns this award should earn it, not scam their way into it. You need to know that they were honest and did the work for the award themselves. It should be a good, honest win.
The winners of this award should be people who worked hard to earn it. It should be people who have done the unthinkable- who have created a new solution that provides new answers to life's problem. It should be someone who has changed the way we do something, or the way we think about it.
These are the things I would be looking for in anyone who I decided to give a Nobel Prize to, because I would want this person to be worthy of the weight of this prize.
