Social media may have plenty of good affects towards many, it even has the power to completely change someones life. The thing is that social media is like a drug to a lot of young teens trying to complete their work. This drugs calls, "just one more swipe" instead of just one more math derivation. Kids are allowed to obtain social media way to young, and their parents don't place any stops to them, the kids will develop and become attached to their beloved social media. Leaving it even for a second would have bad effects, or at least they themselves believe that. Social media even sometimes has an effect on me.
When I get to work I usually go all the way, as im not the type to quit, but for me the problem is getting to start my work. I could go hours watching TikToks and scrolling through Instagram, like there is no tomorrow. I usually am able to deal with these problems as I know I have a lot of work to do, and if I am able to do it I could have more time for my own personal activities. I always love to be out and active, so a lot of my free time is spent working out it could be running, cycling, swimming, or hitting the gym. So i am able to encourage myself to complete the daunting homework I have by putting my phone away and begging the hard journey that lies right under my nose.
