The best book I ever read for school was Angela’s Ashes. I read that book this year in my English class. I think that was the best book because it didn’t put me to sleep and I was actually into it. It was a very interesting book to me and I think it’s hard to find an interesting book in school. I enjoyed reading that book because it’s a very honest book. I liked that it was nonfiction because I think those are more interesting and have more meaning than fiction books. This was the best book because I like books that I can picture in my mind as I am reading. Picturing things makes it more realistic and more enjoyable. I enjoyed how it was so specific and very understanding. I also think it was the best book because the things it talked about actually happen a lot in life and I think that’s better to know about than how people wish life was like. The thing I liked the most was that each time I read something in the book it was new stuff and it was never the same stuff over and over again like in some books. The book made me to want to keep reading and to never put the book down. I also think this is the best book because it taught me things I never knew about before. It also made me want to work harder so my life and in the future my children’s life won’t be like it was in the book. I truly enjoyed this book and think it was the best because I actually connected to it and that made the book so much better.
