'Making a Change upon our Community. by Leo - September 2023 Scholarship Essay

If I had the opportunity to Make a change in our community I would first start off with the uniform. As I am a high school student wanting to make a change and hoping for a change. Students like to be free, I would let students be Themselves unapologetically. Everyone should be able to go to school and learn and look good while in class. When you're a student working and is in school your schedule can be very busy. On top of that having a certain specific dress code can be very irritable to a lot of people because sometimes it feels like you're not getting any breaks in life. u go to school 8 hours a day, 5 times a week, you go to work and have a uniform on, then you got you school uniform. So, I would just let Students be comfortably free of uniforms.

Making a change in my community to me would be so helpful. I also would love to have a Destinated office for Counseling/Therapy sessions. In today's time Alot of us are stressed, or un-happy in our lives, we have paid that we a lot of times don't know how to coupe or deal with it. As Kids and teenagers, you're supposed to have fun and make the best out of your memories. Honestly, I would change the whole school. I would make it a great place. No uniforms, less stress, more talking sessions, more self-awareness classes. In my community As a Black African American i would Educate black kids more, because honestly, we Lack a lot of Knowledge.
