I have always loved the thought of mermaids and all things magical so naturally I am drawn to books that tell magnificent stories about these creatures of the magic world. I myself have always wanted to be a mermaid ever since I could talk and knew what a mermaid was even now as I write this I still wish and dream of being a mermaid. If I were to take the time to sit down and write a book I would write a story about mermaids and live my dreams through the pages of that book.

I’m not entirely sure just what the mermaids would do yet but I know there will be other magical creatures in my book such as fairies, unicorns, goblins, elves, and many more species. The main character would probably be a princess who was never destined for the throne because she has an older brother who has been prepared his whole life to be king so she has far less responsibilities. My book would follow the young princess’s mischievous adventures through the whole sea until one day she sees something fly overhead of the water then previously she thought nothing existed up there, letting her curiosity get the best of her she pops her head above the water even though she had been told countless times that it was forbidden. Once she is exposed to the world above she never wants to go back home due to the many beautiful things she sees while up there, along with the flying thing that caught her eye in the first place; a gorgeous fairy prince. Now that she knows the world above exists there is no stopping her from exploring every inch with the help of her new friend.

My book would be filled to the top with adventure, romance, and a twisted tragedy that changes everything the main character ever knew. If I had the time to write a book I would definitely tell my story about mermaids while living my dream and helping others like me become a mermaid for a brief period in time.
