The Professor

If I were a college professor, I would like to teach Biology. Throughout my educational career, I have always had a passion for the sciences. I am currently attending Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute to receive my Associate in Science. After completing my degree in December of 2017, I would like to transfer to a four-year university in order to earn my Bachelor’s in neuroscience or biology before taking my MCATs in order to apply for medical school.
Biology has always been my favorite subject because it is such a vast, diverse field of natural science that examines life from its smallest atoms to evolution occurring over hundreds of decades and everything in between. Biology is an important subject to have an adequate understanding of because it evaluates all the components that make up life and allow us to function.
Information is best taught when the teacher is passionate about the information they are sharing. If I were to be a college professor, I would love to share my passion for biology with students so they are able to observe and appreciate the importance of what makes up life on earth. If I were to become a college professor I would be honored to share my knowledge and inspire students to pursue their education with the utmost passion.
