Being a leader involves many traits and ideas that go well beyond controlling others or assigning tasks. It's about leading with integrity, motivating others toward a common objective—that's what it means to me. Being in control is not the only thing that makes someone a leader; it also involves making judgments that advance the common good and creating an atmosphere where everyone may succeed.

My mother is one person who has greatly embodied these leadership traits in my life. She oversaw a psychiatric treatment facility while employed at a small community hospital, where she dealt with several difficulties and demands on a daily basis. She persistently acted with unshakeable honesty and a strong sense of ethics in spite of these challenges.

Her dedication to openness and honesty was one facet of her leadership that I found to be very memorable. She refused to accept patients into the clinic even when she came across people who tried to buy her off. She knew that sacrificing her morals for money would eventually hurt the people she was responsible for. She showed me the value of sticking to one's convictions in the face of temptation by her actions.

In addition, my mother stressed how important it is to treat people with dignity and respect. She thought that over time, credibility and trust could be developed by providing everyone with great service and kindness. Her guiding principles were to never compromise your morals for your own benefit and to treat people the way you would like to be treated by your loved ones. This emphasis on respect and empathy has grown to be a pillar of my personal leadership philosophy.

Furthermore, my mother adopted a coaching leadership style, giving mentorship and advice precedence over punitive actions. She gave her team confidence, pushed them to take on new tasks, and fostered their career development. She acknowledged that their achievements eventually helped the organization as a whole, thus she applauded individuals who were promoted under her direction and celebrated their victories.

In summary, I believe that effective leadership is acting honorably, setting an exemplary example, and enabling others to realize their greatest potential. My personal approach to leadership has been profoundly influenced by my mother's leadership style. Her persistent dedication to empowerment, integrity, and respect is an inspiration to me in both my personal and professional life. I try to follow her lead by creating atmospheres that prioritize growth, integrity, and respect.
