My childhood goals have always been to pursue a career in which I can be my own boss. I have not shown much interest in many other professions. When people ask me what I want to do with my life, I can speak passionately about my aspirations of becoming a model and the CEO of a prosperous company. I may reach my goals and work assiduously to do so by receiving scholarships. As a young woman of African American descent who is very interested in the business world, I don't have the support from my friends and family that I would want to have. However, nothing or anyone will stop me from supporting myself and ending the generational curse that my family has. Although I have occasionally caught myself doubting the goals and plans I had as a child, I am convinced that without effort, I wouldn't even be able to succeed on a mental level. My goal is to become the successful CEO and model I've always wanted to be, and when I talk about my dream job, I can do it without being intimidated by others who might try to dissuade me from pursuing my goals by promoting them. I am able to accomplish this because I am aware that if I don't at least try, neither of my dreams nor my ability to disprove those who have questioned me will ever come true. With my strong passion, I'll be able to utilize the hard work and drive that comes with my goals in my business career.

After high school, I want to continue my education by enrolling in a university that will support me in pursuing my goals. Continuing education has always been important to me. Every day I learn something new and by going to college I can learn more about business administration. By applying for this scholarship, I will be able to attend the university I believe will provide me with a high-quality education that will prepare me for starting my business, pursue my objectives without any more obstacles in my path, and inspire other people who are struggling to believe in their abilities to achieve their goals. This scholarship will help me attend the university that will help me move forward in terms of my business career. By being able to afford to go to the college that will lead me to success after my 4 years of attending I can be able to achieve my life goals and dreams.
