If I could have dinner with any historical figure I would choose Martin Luther King Jr. He is a figure who changed the world for the better. I believe that if Martin and I had dinner, not very much eating would get done. I would want to know how he had the courage to do what he did. How did he keep persevering to get what he equal rights accomplished? Not only did Martin Luther change the United States, but he also motivated people to take the extra step forward and follow your dreams.
Martin is my role model. He makes me want to change the world, and the only way you can change the world is to get a degree. I want to be an Aerospace Engineer, and by being that I want to change the airline industry by not only making it more safe, but also change it for the better just like Martin did.
Martin persevered even when things got tough. Sometimes things get tough for myself because I am Iranian, but by keep moving forward and working harder, you will succeed. If you want to breathe as bad as your want to succeed, then you will be successful.
Martin Luther changed life but it unfortuantely ended short for him. Thanks to his work and motivation, people kept working towards what he wanted in his honor and no one would've wanted that more than him. I want to change the world in his honor, and always keep persevering. Never give up, but the moment that you think you might, remember it's worth it because Martin died for what he believed.
