My favorite alternative way of learning is through experiential learning, especially by volunteering and engaging with the community. This hands-on approach allows me to immerse myself in real-world situations, fostering a deeper understanding and practical skills that complement theoretical knowledge. At the moment, I am dedicating my time outside of school to learn about educational psychology and child development through volunteer work at local community centers and after-school programs.

These experiences have been invaluable in my journey to become an elementary teacher. Working directly with children in various non-traditional settings offers insights that textbooks often cannot provide. For example, I engage in planning and executing educational activities that cater to diverse learning styles and needs, thereby honing my ability to adapt teaching methods.
