When choosing a school, there are various paths one can take, each leading to unique opportunities and experiences. My decision to focus on environmental science stems from a deep passion for ecology and conservation, and a desire to actively participate in protecting our planet’s biodiversity. The urgency of environmental issues such as habitat destruction, climate change, and species extinction is undeniable. Through a degree in environmental science, I hope to gain a deeper understanding of ecological processes and contribute to the preservation of ecosystems that are vital to both the planet and future generations.

My motivation is driven by a sense of responsibility towards nature and the world around me. As I think about my future, I envision a career focused on ecological conservation, where I can work to protect vulnerable species, restore ecosystems, and promote sustainable land management practices.
