One of my most significant educational achievements must be joining various academic organizations in college. During high school, I never had the chance to do so since I saw myself more as a follower than a leader. Although there is nothing wrong with seeing myself as such, it challenged me in getting a grasp of my potential. However, as I began college, I decided to join organizations that would put me to the test. It was a decision I made after reflecting and understanding that engaging in extracurricular activities would help me assess my skills. That said, joining associations would help me support my aspirations in the future since such decisions motivated me not only to improve my capabilities and use that time to go out of the box, but they have helped me believe in myself and not limit what I can do. I need these skills, helpful connections, and courage if I want to not only land a job, but use my life as a time to build a successful and meaningful career.

I believe that my career would not be too meaningful if I would not help my community and make the lives of its people easier—lighter. With that in mind, I am aiming to practice my degree while joining NGOs and volunteer work. As I can balance my time in academics and extracurriculars, the urge of doing this when I begin to work continually ignites. As a healthcare management student, I am made aware of the current situation of the healthcare system locally and globally. It is a system that needs heavy and long-term improvement, which is why I believe that helping in my own ways would make a positive impact not only in the said field, but in the lives of myself and others.
