Hello beautiful one. I know today life feels so hard and you endure so much cruelty from others. I see the internal struggle as you fight to control your temper, but it’s not in your kind, beautiful heart to treat others unkindly. You will learn ways to handle that anger and that the bullies are no big deal. You will not ever need to resort to any physical to defeat them. Your first gift will be that of silence and non-reaction. They feed off seeing your weakness, so never let them see how much it hurts. Stand strong and always hold your head high and shoulders back. As you mature, you will learn to defeat the bullies by taking away their power. Meaning, you learn to disarm them. Think before you speak, never react in anger.

Please never forget that even though their words may be cruel and hurtful, they are not true and are of no reflection of the beautiful soul you are, both inside and out. They hurt you because someone has hurt them and they do not know better. Friends and people will come in and out of your life, like waves constantly crashing against the shoreline. You must remain strong and bright, like the lighthouse. Never lose yourself trying to love another. It costs nothing to be kind to people, even if it is just a smile.

Let your gut instinct become your best friend. Doing the opposite will leave you with huge regrets, although any lessons will be learned. Trust that voice, and believe in yourself. Always treat others the way you want to be treated.

Find your way in life, try everything, discover what you like and what you do not. Date yourself often. Make self-care a priority, it is not selfish, it is essential. Fuel your body with the right foods and exercise often. Believe every positive thought about yourself and never believe the lies of the negative ones. You were born for greatness and a purpose.
