Is leadership needed for college success? Being a leader means to have people follow you in what you do. You have to convince the people to like you enough to follow you. So obviously you need people skills, but how are these people going to benefit enough to help you become successful in college?

I believe that all you need to become successful in college is true passion. If you have passion in painting for example, all of your art classes will be fun and it wont feel like you are in school. You have to love what you do with all of your heart to become successful or else you will not work as hard to reach your full potential. You also need some time for yourself to have fun on the weekends so school does not stress you out. Practice makes perfect! So work hard every day so you can achieve your goals. Being unique can make a big name for yourself because these high paying business like Apple for example, I am sure they get millions of job applications with good grades. These business want unique people to keep their business innovative so their business can make the most money possible.

I am a big Christian and I believe God has a plan for me so I am going to trust his love and do my best in school. If I do not become successful I will not be bitter because I know God has something better for me in store. Enjoy college and be appreciative for the opportunity because some people would do anything for what you have.
