People are always encouraged and motivated to do best what they have a passion for and what they enjoy doing. The internal drive and energy to do something, in most cases, is triggered by the thought of pursuing what we have an interest. In a well-managed workplace, the roles given to individual employees are always based on their talents, abilities and academic qualifications. However, this is not the limit, as what fascinates us may be more than just talent and ability. I strongly agree that being a college professor is my lifetime dream, but my academic specialization limits the classes I can teach.

Therefore, if I were to become a college professor, I can enjoy teaching business classes. When I was young, my dream was to equip myself with business skills and more so become a great business person. Therefore, I grew up as a lover of business subjects, and this has enabled me to equip myself with business skills, ideologies, theories and knowledge that are worth sharing with others. I have developed vast knowledge in the business field. Therefore, I can enjoy leading students in Business Administration and management course.

My desire to teach business classes as a college professor is not driven by the need to make profits. I just love the subject matter, and I would like to pass on what I learned in school to the adults of tomorrow. I love what I have studied in school, and I would like to share my passion with students. I believe an expert in the field, and it will not be difficult for me to pass on the knowledge to the students.

Being a college professor in the field of business studies will give an opportunity to help learners acquire knowledge that will help them become great entrepreneurs in future. This is a golden chance that will enable me to inspire them, assist them to become self-aware and instill in them the desire to learn new things throughout their life.

In conclusion, business classes are the best that I can go for if I were to become a college professor. This is because it is my field of specialization and I have vast knowledge in the field that is worth sharing. I have had a life-long passion for business studies, and this is what I enjoy most. I will not need any supervision as a college as a professor in the field because I will be self-driven, being encouraged by the internal desire to do more. I love seeing young adults with careers in the same field as mine. I have been dedicated to my work, and I will never give up on my goals I plan to accomplish.
