Dream Job
My dream job is a Pharmacist. A Pharmacist prepares medicine, dispenses medicine, labels medicine, and more. I want to be a Pharmacist, because I like science and mixing compounds, I also want to be in the medical field, and pharmacy had all of my favorite parts of science.
I will be going to college for pre-pharmacy, before I transfer to medical school to earn my Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.). The college I will be going to for pre-pharmacy is Southeast Missouri State University. College will help me reach my dream job, by exposing me to what I will be doing for my future. I will learn more about what it takes to be a Pharmacist and all the requirements I need before I can reach my goal. During college, I will be exposed to different types of pharmacy’s as part of the class, to find out which area of pharmacy I work better in.
After graduating college, it is usually easy to get a job in a pharmacy, because you have already been exposed to the job, and you know which area of pharmacy that is best for you, so you know what to type of job to look for in pharmacy.
