The Great Communicator by James - October 2017 Scholarship Essay

If I were to accompany a former president of the United States, I would do so with Ronald Reagan. Known as the Great Communicator, dinner with former President Reagan would prove extremely enlightening. With a life full of accomplishments, as a former television star to becoming a renowned president and leader of the free world. former President Reagan was a role model and an iconic figure in late American history.
I believe after the duration of this dinner I would exit with a new wealth of interesting information and tips on public speaking. In addition to his other stages for speaking, as a former radio show announcer former President Reagan knew how to compellingly reach out to an audience. I would ask of how he communicated so well to a country of multitude backgrounds and beliefs so effectively. Also, how he handled and communicated situations such as the Iran hostage crisis and the tearing down of the Berlin wall.
Another topic of conversation that former President Reagan would be heavily suited for over dinner, would be life tips. For he was prolific in many areas of profession, such as government and acting. I would ask how he mentally accomplished these feats, if there were any doubts, etc.
Of the many great presidents of the United States, I would choose Ronald Reagan for his multi-tiered life and effective communication skills.
