Ten years from now, I see myself as a successful business leader, using my degree in management to create opportunities for myself and my family. Whether as an entrepreneur running my own high-end car detailing business or working in a leadership role in a major corporation, my education will be the foundation that allows me to build financial stability, personal success, and the ability to give back to those who have supported me along the way.

Right now, I am majoring in management, gaining the business knowledge and leadership skills necessary to excel in the real world. My coursework is teaching me essential principles in business operations, finance, and marketing, all of which will be critical in running and scaling my own business. Outside of school, I am actively working on certifications and gaining hands-on experience to prepare myself for the competitive job market. In addition to my studies, I am also working towards cybersecurity certifications, keeping my options open to enter a high-paying and in-demand field. My ultimate goal is to establish financial independence so that I can provide for my family and live the life I envision for myself.

In ten years, I see myself successfully managing my own business, likely expanding my high-end car detailing brand or launching a new venture that aligns with my passion for cars and business. By leveraging my management education, I will develop strong marketing strategies, optimize business operations, and create a reputable brand that attracts high-end clients. My education will not only teach me how to manage finances and lead a team, but it will also provide me with the critical thinking and decision-making skills necessary to navigate challenges and scale my business efficiently.

Financial stability is another major reason why my education is important. Growing up, I saw firsthand the financial struggles my family faced. My dad worked hard to provide for us, supporting both my twin brother and me while also caring for my grandfather, who is battling terminal blood cancer. My mom, despite her resilience, has been unable to work for years due to the sacrifices she made for her family. These experiences have shaped my mindset—I don’t just want success for myself; I want to be in a position where I can support my family and relieve the burden that has been placed on my dad’s shoulders for so long. My management degree will be key in helping me achieve this, allowing me to secure high-paying opportunities and build generational wealth through smart financial planning and investments.

Beyond business success, I want to use my education to uplift others. I know what it’s like to work hard and grind every day just to make progress. I want to mentor other young entrepreneurs, especially those from underrepresented communities, to help them navigate the business world and avoid the struggles I had to face. Whether through business coaching, investing in startups, or creating job opportunities in my company, I want to give back in meaningful ways.

Another goal I am working towards is investing in dividend stocks and securing a financial future that allows me to live on my own terms. I don’t just want to work for money—I want my money to work for me. Through smart financial planning and leveraging the knowledge I gain from my management studies, I will be able to build multiple income streams that support my lifestyle and future goals, including purchasing a 2021 Toyota Supra, a dream car that I am determined to own once I reach a level of financial stability where it makes sense.

Ultimately, my management education will serve as the stepping stone toward financial freedom, business success, and the ability to give back to my family and community. Through discipline, hard work, and the skills I gain in college, I know I will accomplish my vision for the next decade and beyond. My education is not just about getting a degree—it’s about building the life I’ve always dreamed of, for myself and for those I care about most.
