My Future Self by Jacob - March 2025 Scholarship Essay

Ten years from now, I see myself hopefully being successful. I hope to be graduated with a doctorate in pharmacy and a few years into a good job position. I see myself in a good, well-paying, and secure pharmaceutical job. I see myself owning my own house and hopefully getting ready to or already started a family. I also hope that I enjoy my life and my career that I have chosen. I don’t know if I will remain around the area I have grown up in with the rest of my family or move farther away. Either way, I hope I do not go too far away from the rest of my family.
There have been multiple ways that my education has helped me get there. For example, the classes that I am taking currently, and the classes I will take in college. These classes help me to get farther in college and closer to graduating, which will help me get into my career faster. Also, the pieces of information that I am learning now, like how to manage money and what to do with it. This information will also help me in the future, because it will help me use my money wisely and know how to use and invest it.
