Leadership and passion are qualities that I believe a recipient would need to possess in order to be awarded to a Noble Prize. Leadership is an important step to initiate into something you enjoy doing either for yourself or the community. The recipient should be able to follow their own beliefs and start something they are passionate about without feeling the need to be accompanied or pushed by someone else. The type of leadership that the candidate should have shouldn’t be a competitive one, instead, this person should be able to create an inspiring vision for the future generations while at the same time giving time to listen to other people’s opinions and being open about everything. A good leader listens to what others have to say and takes it into consideration for a better result.

Passion is another quality I think should be considered for the recipients. I thinks that being so passionate about something is really important because sometimes this inspires others to persuade their own dreams. Demonstrating how much they care about trying to help their communities by either improving medicines or creating better laws for the world to become a better and safer place should be an important and inspiring path for younger generations. People who are passionate could uncover that something that makes them come to life. Being passionate also could demonstrate that with time and hard work great things can come.
