There will come times in college where students are assigned to work with partners or groups for various projects. In these particular cases, it is important for students to know how to effectively collaborate. Sometimes a person will have to step up to the plate and take charge in group assignments. The leader's job is to make sure that the conversations stay on topic and to oversee that every group member has opportunities to share their ideas.
